This Privacy Policy describes how TMOV Ventures LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Content Showrunner (the "Service").

Information You Provide

• Account Information: Email address and password when you create an account
• Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your payment details. We do not store your full credit card number.
• Communications: Any messages you send us for support or feedback

Information from YouTube

When you connect your YouTube channel, we access the following through YouTube's API Services:

• Channel Data: Channel name, subscriber count, video list, upload dates, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and tags
• Analytics Data: Views, watch time, click-through rate (CTR), audience retention curves, traffic sources, and audience demographics
• Video Transcripts: We retrieve and store transcripts of your videos to power content analysis features

We only access data for the specific channel(s) you authorize. We never post to your channel or modify your content.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent in the Service
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address
• Cookies: We use cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences

We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how users interact with the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the Service
• Classify your video performance (Top Performers, Flops, Hidden Gems)
• Generate personalized AI coaching feedback based on your channel's patterns
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, feature updates)
• Send promotional emails about new features, tips, and offers (with your consent)
• Improve the Service based on usage patterns
• Respond to support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. AI-Generated Feedback

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your YouTube data and generate coaching feedback. Your analytics data and video transcripts are sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to generate this feedback.

• Anthropic processes your data according to their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
• Under our agreement with Anthropic, your data is not used to train their AI models
• AI-generated feedback is based solely on your channel's data—we do not share your data with other users

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

5. YouTube API Services

Our use of information received from YouTube APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your controls:

• You can disconnect your YouTube channel at any time from your account settings
• You can revoke our access via Google Security Settings
• Upon disconnection or revocation, we delete your YouTube data within 30 days

6. Data Retention

• Account Data: Retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion
• YouTube Analytics Data: Retained while your channel is connected, deleted within 30 days of disconnection
• Video Transcripts: Retained while your channel is connected, deleted within 30 days of disconnection
• Payment Records: Retained for 7 years as required for tax and legal compliance
• Aggregated Analytics: We may retain anonymized, aggregated data indefinitely to improve the Service

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Encryption at rest for stored data
• Access controls limiting employee access to user data
